The following are signs that you may be pregnant. Keep in mind that you may be feeling these symptoms and may not be pregnant or you may not have any of these symptoms and you may be pregnant. If you suspect that you are pregnant, you should treat your body as if you are until you take a pregnancy test.
Amenorrhea- Amenorrhea is the cessation of menstruation. This occurs immediately after conception and it will continue until your child is born. Breastfeeding will cause you to continue missing your period for a couple of months.
Morning Sickness- Morning sickness involves nausea at any time during the day. Morning sickness can start one week following conception and may last throughout the first trimester. A small handful of women experience morning sickness in the third trimester. To feel better you can eat crackers or small meals.
Frequent Urination- Frequent urination is a symptom that most women experience in the early stages of pregnancy. As your uterus begins growing, pressure will increase on your bladder, giving you the urge to urinate more frequently. Frequent urination can begin the first week after conception and can last the duration of your pregnancy.
Food Cravings- While you are pregnant you'll need more nutrients to make up for the increased number of calories being used to create your baby. This may cause you to crave certain foods.
Changes in Breasts- Your chest may become swollen and sensitive. The circle around your nipple will darken and you will start noticing pink and blue lines under your skin. These changes are caused by the hCG hormone that begins to be produced once you conceive. Changes in the breast may start a couple days following conception and might last throughout the whole pregnancy.
Fatigue- Your body is now working overtime growing a baby, this can cause fatigue. You'll also notice that you have a higher temperature due to the increased amounts of progesterone being released within your body. This may also add to your fatigued.
Light Bleeding- When the fertilized egg implants in your uterus, you may experience some light bleeding.

-Backache
-Constipation
