It's summer time once again which also means a time to hit the beaches! It's a grand time to spend outdoors and play around swimming pools. It is time to store away the sneakers and jeans and to bring out the swim wear and sandals. Here are a few summer clothing for your little boys while they go splashing around.

Summer Sandals

During summer, it is a fact that sandals are necessary. You wouldn't want your little prince to go to the beach on a rubber shoes. Summer sandals are mostly affordable so you can pick a few pairs for each child. If you have a little boy below three years of age, you can buy sandals with Velcro since this kind doesn't easily get off, especially the ones that are linked behind the ankle. You can also select from a wide range of colors and designs. There are leather sandals that can be worn in church or some sporty ones for other occasions.

Rubber Flip flops

Little boys can't simply wear flip flops without having it removed. However, there are new flip flops that can have rubber strap around the ankles so they don't get easily removed. This is particularly recommended when kids go playing at the beach

Swimwear

Swimwear is definitely a must-have during summer. Always stock up around five pairs on hand as there will be frequent trips to the beach and splashing around swimming pools. Involve them in selecting their swimming trunks when you go shopping.

Summer Tank Tops

Of course, you can't let your little boy going around on his swimming trunks so always have a tank top handy. These are great when taking swimming breaks and may even be used as house wear. Tank tops are generally inexpensive so you can stock up lots of them.

Summer shirts or T-shirts

Perhaps the easiest item to include in your boy's wardrobe is the summer shirt or t-shirt. You can easily handpick a couple to match the shorts and polos. Always choose neutral colors that can easily be paired with any shorts available.

Different kinds of shorts

A summer wardrobe will not be complete without shorts. These are a necessity especially for your toddlers. There are several types of shorts. I specifically keep numerous denim shorts as these can be easily paired up with a tank top, especially when you take your little ones to the groceries or to go out for dinner.

Cargo shorts which are back in fashion can be excellent to worn for church is also nice. You can buy several colors of this in camouflage, khaki's and blues.

Always keep in mind that your little man would like to cool and trendy at the same time. Buying them clothing articles that would not go well with their taste can be a waste of money as they might end up not using it at all. Of course, you don't have to shell out a lot of cash for your boy's wardrobe; you can always search for bargain items and yard sales.
