With web conferencing or interactive meetings everyone can present his or her desktop to the rest of the attendees. If everyone has a different idea on how things should be done say for a campaign ad, then everyone can share their ideas with the rest of the meeting by showing their desktop to everyone to the web conferencing application. For training purposes, everyone in the meeting can take control of the presenter's keyboard and mouse functions so that they may learn various applications.

With the RHUB seminars there is no need to download any type of software to joining the seminar. This includes the JavaScript and flash. Anyone can join the meeting with the correct ID and password which is encrypted and then e-mailed to the participant before the meeting begins.
