So what are some of the qualities of a successful entrepreneur?

others efficiently.

- The ability to get things done: Most entrepreneurs are task-oriented and

are able to find alternatives to get the task done.

- The ability to plan effectively: No business can succeed without a good

plan. The ability to plan effectively is important for all entrepreneurs.

- The ability to evaluate your staff: It is essential to recruit , evaluate

and keep great staff.

- The ability to make sound judgment: Sound judgment comes from experience

and knowledge acquired. With a combination of the two, you are able to

understand complex issues easier.
