Many people have a fall and the first thing they thing is 'great, compensation claim, money for nothing'. There are also people who purposely create an accident themselves and then exaggerate their injuries so as to get the most amount of compensation money. This is also a great opportunity for the not so law abiding citizen to make false claims. This is obviously tricky to handle and there needs to be some legislation put in place or the companies need to investigate each claim thoroughly.
