Colleges With Dental Hygiene
"rich Jammes"
Most causes of bad breath can be directly attributed to personal hygiene. Although bad breath originates in the stomach it's important to brush and floss regularly in order to remove tarter and build up of germs and bacteria in the mouth.
It is also important to brush your tongue each time that you brush your teeth. This is the most common place to find bacteria and dead cells. If you have a white layer on your tongue, then this is a true sign that you have a bacteria problem. Some companies have gone as far as making tongue scrapers to help eliminate this problem. There have also been tooth brushes that have a tongue scraper built into the head.
While many of us do not always rinse with mouthwash, if you have a bad breath disorder then gargling with a mouthwash can be very effective. The recommended time limit for gargling is forty five seconds. You can also use a diluted hydrogen peroxide if your bacteria are extreme. Be sure that you do not use hydrogen peroxide more than twice per day, and make sure that it is diluted. Many dentists will tell you to be wary of using peroxide because it can corrode your tooth enamel. Twice a week is the best time frame for hydrogen peroxide. Keep in mind that hydrogen peroxide should not be used permanently, but only to treat bad breath.
Fluoride Safety
If most people did not want fluoride added to their fresh water supplies, years ago, why were they not given the option to buy fluoride supplements instead? Mass fluoridation of our nation's municipal water supplies has never had anything to do with safe dental health from the earliest get-go.
Arbitrarily, it has been a blatant political maneuver, in covering up of the the dumping of toxic wastes produced by the manufacturing of aluminum, nuclear arms, and phosphates due to our modern day industrial revolution. What would you say if I told you that everything you had ever been told about how safe industrialized produced fluoride was, was absolutely the total opposite of how we have been misled in to buying it as bone strengthener?
How to Stop Grinding Teeth
I wanted to to show you how to stop grinding teeth while you sleep. I think it is safe to say that everyone does this in some way while they sleep. For most people, it is just a very light to moderate act that is really no big deal. But for a small minority out there, they actually do it pretty aggressively and this leads to a lot of problems. This condition is known as bruxism and it can eventually lead to your teeth being all gridded down. It's hard to know if you actually do this because it's like sleep walking. If you wake up with headaches or a sore jaw, you could have a problem. I'm going to show you how to stop grinding teeth while you sleep.
Since this condition is sort of like sleep walking, it's hard to stop yourself from doing it. You're not exactly in a conscious state to neither dictate nor take orders. Typically the problem comes from either a physical issue or psychological issue. The physicals ones tend to come from dental work. You may have got something down with your teeth and they no longer align. You'd only expect them to grind, but dentists rarely ever make this mistake.
