The important thing to realize is that you can't escape menopause - so you might as well try to make the best of it. I recently read a story on the internet about a young woman who had to go through medical menopause at the age of 20.

We shall call this young woman Sarah (name has been changed for privacy). After graduating from high school, Sarah had her whole life planned out. She wanted to become a doctor, so she followed her dream and started attending medical school. However, her life changed dramatically in her first year of college when she was diagnosed with ovarian cysts - she was only 18.

The ovarian cysts needed to be surgically removed and during the operation, one of her ovaries was removed. Even though she could not have children of her own, there were still modern options available to her if she chose to pursue them. Her strong mindset was what got her through this unexpected experience.
