1) Find a web host that allows you to upload html directly using some html editor that they furnish. 2) Find a squeeze page builder. Just google squeeze page builder and you should be able to find one fast – there should be several free ones, too.
3) Get an autoresponder – I use aweber, they just charge me a fee every month and they keep track of all my emails, and make sure they get through, and keep me whitelisted with the email companies – that’s worth something right there.
4) Put it all together – put the web form html from aweber into your squeeze page builder, it will spit out html code for the squeeze page, then copy and paste that into the html editor from the web host, then upload to your web site using your web host’s ftp – and now you have a squeeze page.
5) Send traffic to your squeeze page. For more details www.email-auto-format.com The way I like to do it is to write articles like this and submit them to EzineArticlesand they promote my page – it is pretty cool. Oh, and add in your squeeze page url to the article so people can find you.
