1) Hang out with your dog(s) and cat(s)--watch the sun and moon beams dance upon her whiskers
Feel the sense of companionship as you walk with the dog, preferably off a lead, and when the dog trots along beside you, enjoy the feeling of play, protection and fun!
2) Purposely practice living in the present moment
Feel the on-going nature of the here and now, the beginningless, endless sense of a fully dimensioned, fully alive, awake, energized experience of All That Is.

We have been programmed to be Drama Queens and Kings, playing out each detail of a situation with great agonizing seriousness, and maybe 10 years later, we finally laugh about what happened.
4) Learn to spend time by yourself, and learn to thoroughly enjoy it!
Put on music and dance! Feel the great sensation of communion with your creative and care-free self, the ancestrial spirits who follow you, with your higher guides who surround you, with your guardian angels who protect you.
This transformational tool requires an ongoing sense of faith-- that you don't have to control it, you didn't cause it, and you can't cure it.
6) Practice forgiveness by learning the loving-kindness meditation
Similarly, by forgiving the persons who have harmed us, we are the ones who are released and purified. Life gives us the chance to start again. Forgiveness is for giving ourselves the gift of Letting Go/Letting God.
8) May all hearts everywhere be open to all pain and joy
This is a great gift.
May all shared hearts encourage the earth to heal spontaneously; First heal yourself. Others are healed by feeling your healing rays; And Planet Earth is automatically healed
