Hello my name is Wayne
I am only 27 years old.Until very recently my life was terrible,
I was in and out of hospital for 1 or 2 weeks,at a time.
This was all due to Panic and anxiety Attacks.
I have suffered from Panic and anxiety Attacks for the last three years.
All this time I have been living in fear that,
I was going to die.Some people might laugh at this but,
I was living in a land of horror.
I would Find myself in the hospital's ER because,
I thought I was having a heart attack.
Can you imagine not being able to catch your breath,
because your chest feels so tight.
It is a horrible feeling I was so scared all I could do was cry.
I was having Dizzy spells leading to panic attacks,
Tightness in throat and chest-shortness of breath,
Racing heart with tingle sensations.
I just wanted something to take my panic away.
If you don't suffer from panic attacks or anxiety attacks then I don't
expect you to understand,but for those of you that do suffer from these horrible attacks,
than I am sure you know full well what Im talking about.
This is why I am writing this blog hopefully to help many of you sufferers,
that are still living with this scary problem.
I don't care how tough you are or how hard a person you are,
if you suffer from these problems,
then there are many times you just want to crawl up into a ball and cry.
I know because I was so scared that is what I used to do.
Anyway the reason for writing this blog is to let every sufferer know,
that there is a simple solution out there.
I tried many medications that just failed,
and spent several hundreds of dollars,
on these so called great Internet programs that promise cures.
All I can say is how disgusting are some people that will take the opportunity,
to prey on people,
that have such very scary and horrific health problems like these.
As I said earlier,
I have tried many medications and spent hundreds of dollars,

I just wanted to let fellow sufferers know,
that I did find a genuine program that actually worked for me.
I know this probably just looks like another one of those,
advertising sales pages to get you to buy programs,
but please believe me it is not.
I have suffered from this horrible thing for three years,
but not any more.
