Sometimes depression can play games on you; sometimes it comes and goes as it pleases and you are never quite sure if it is there or not. Think kind of depression is called bipolar disorder and people who suffer from it may not even know it. Whatever kind of depression you are suffering from, YOU can cure yourself, if you apply your mind positively towards a solution.
Depression is a mood, an emotion that we all feel from time to time. It is sadness, but sometimes it is a bit worse. It can be so bad sometimes that you don't feel like you want to be doing a lot of other things. That is when it has started to affect your body. You want to steer clear of such conditions.
Depression is seen as a feeling by most people, but those who take it seriously consider it a syndrome, even a mental one. Psychologists who treat people that suffer from it agree with the National Institute of Mental Health that said depression costs billions of dollars for treatment and in lost work time. Don't be part of that statistics. Always work to snap out of any depressive mood, before it festers.

Most people who commit suicide would surely regret their actions if they could come back and look at the richness that their future held? if they had lived up to that future.
You will very likely have difficulty thinking when you are under the influence of depression. When it is severe, some people even complain of poor concentration, if they are able to think that far at all. The worst part is when you begin to have problems with your memory. But the solution to depression, most of the time, is not to allow negative things to grow or even take root in your mind.
An obvious cause such as marital conflict or financial difficulty might seem to you as the reason for your depression, but it has got to be something that is really reaching you on the inside. So ? therein lies your source of getting rid of such feelings. Look within and fill yourself up with happiness. If you do, you will be on your way towards getting rid of depression.

That way you are not too surprised when you begin to see changes in the child. That's what preparation is all about. Blaming themselves is something you will find a depressed person doing a lot of the time. Whatever the misfortune, they tend to take the blame upon their own shoulders. Little wonder they are so prone to commit suicide, or at least attempt it. Even if you must blame yourself, it should be to learn the valuable lessons inherent when one makes mistakes. It's not to constantly beat yourself into the ground. That's counterproductive.
You have perhaps seen this happen a million and one times and it happens every single day somewhere in the world. Someone loses somebody and suddenly they become emotional wrecks themselves. It's depression, and in that particular instance, there's nothing wrong with it. What's wrong is when you dwell on the emotion for way too long.
