In this regard, it is interesting to know that Georgia State University has improvised a technique to measure energy balance on hourly basis.
The hourly measurement informs the number of calories one is burning and the number of calories one is gaining through meal. The finding of the researchers determines that there must be an hourly deficit or surplus of 300 to 500 calories. This calculation is ideal for effective weight loss and lean muscle addition.
