When you buy couches you want to know that they will last for a long time, and this might mean that you spend quite a bit of money to get a high quality piece of furniture you believe will last for years to come. All sofa couches inevitably get stains on them, though, unless you live your life in a completely sterile environment. This is why it's good to know some tips and tricks about how to get rid of those ugly stains.
After you buy couches and put a lot of money into the investment it is a little depressing to find a stain, and it can be more than a little difficult to get that stain out. Not to worry, though, because a simple vinegar solution will get the stains out of most cloth materials quite effectively. Not all sofa couches are made of materials that are well suited to vinegar, though, so be sure to test an area of the material that no one will see before attacking the stain.
If you have a leather couch it probably doesn't get stained so easily, but in the rare case that is does you will probably not want to pour vinegar on it. The nice thing about a leather couch is that you can gently dust the area off or clean it with water; that should work to remove the stain in most cases. There are also special treatments that can help bring new life back to the leather.
If you have purchased a suede couch, on the other hand, you can simply use an artist's eraser to effectively remove the dirt. This will also work if the suede couch has pencil marks on it, and in most cases it works for pens. Suede is generally very easy to clean, but permanent marker might be another matter. This is something that might require professional cleaning.
