The benefits of a healthy lifestyle through cardiovascular and resistance training, as well as a nutritious diet are well documented and reach far beyond what you see in the mirror. Yes you will look better on the outside but its how you will feel on the inside that will truly change your life and possibly save it. Cardio and resistance training can help you manage your weight, strengthen your heart and lungs, improve your mood and reduce stress, sleep better and have more energy, increase bone density and help combat chronic diseases.
Exercise and nutrition can transform your life in such a positive way you might not believe it until you see for yourself. Now, this is not to suggest that you don't enjoy some of the finer things in life. By all means, go out with friends and enjoy a nice dinner and cocktail. Buy nice clothes and make them look even nicer. Visit your doctor for regular check ups so he or she can tell you how healthy you are.
 
We all have excuses why this is not possible. We don't have the time or the motivation. We are so busy taking care of other things and people that we can't commit to a healthy lifestyle. Does that make any sense to you? If we don't commit to a healthy lifestyle we might not be able to take care of anyone or anything else. Health & Fitness is not a luxury; it is a necessity of life. We as individuals can no longer afford our rising healthcare costs. We as individuals can do something about that by investing in a training & nutrition program.
