Sivadas said that there are two issues regarding the manpower -- it's not that grave problem when it comes to the quantity but the matter of concern comes when it comes to quality. Adding this, Sivadas held that it's not an easy task to get the things accomplished since lot of time; money and effort is to be spended in judging the right candidates.
