Good strategy if you know it comes from a cell phone. There have been complaints that these services are poorly updated and problems in finding phone numbers. Not your best choice in my opinion.

4.Reverse Cell Phone Number Lookup- Your best option in my opinion. It searches both cell phone numbers and landline. You type in your phone number and you get an instant report showing the name, address, carrier, and other specific information regarding the person.

I suggest you go through the first two options if you have the time. If you just want to quickly find the identity of the person, the go for the reverse cell phone number lookup. If you exhaust all those options, you could always have someone else call the phone number for you to find out who it is. With telemarketers, it usually only takes one phone call to stop them from ever calling you again. If you know it is a prank caller or someone you know, be discreet. You do not want to give away your identity.
