The reason for this is because your metabolism has changed so drastically, you have made it almost impossible to lose the weight you need to.
The most important thing to remember when you have a long history of dieting is that you need to eat healthy. Eating healthy is the most important thing. Never starve your body from food because your body will go into to starvation mode when you do and hang onto anything you do eat even more than it did before. And, when you get back to eating a normal diet your body will store all of the food you are putting in it because it doesn't know when it will eat again.
Proper dieting requires three things. These three things include eating healthy, drinking plenty of water, and exercising on a regular basis. When you implement these things you will lose weight naturally and bring your metabolism to where it is naturally supposed to be. It is also important that you commit to a diet that works for you and that you stick to it. You should never cheat on a diet once you start because you are only cheating yourself. Those potato chips might look really good on the shelf but you will probably be mad at yourself later if you give into the temptation.
If you have a history of dieting it can seem extremely difficult to lose weight. The best thing you can do is eat a healthy and well balanced diet, exercise appropriately, and drink a lot of water. These three things are the best way you can naturally lose weight. Never starve your body to lose the pounds.
