3. Communication:

Another hurdle which has been there for long is communication problem. Till then you have to rely on your communication skills and ability to convey your message clearly. Know the terms used in this part of the world. When making an order, be very clear in your product specifications. Re-check by inquiring, what they understand of your instructions.
