Christian Audigier's Ed Hardy is by far the most selling street couture fashion brand. With more than 30 authorized showrooms in the world, Ed Hardy offers unique, tattoo-based designs adorned by celebs, musicians, and sportsmen of all hues. Don Ed Hardy is a master of tattoo art and a painter. Ed has commanded his craft at a very early age of 10 while working in traditional art media of drawing and painting.

The Don, as Ed was fondly called, has conducted a series of shows for both nonprofit purposes and galleries besides volunteering to deliver lectures at universities and museums, which have in turn helped him boost his reputation and products. He is featured in a number of journals, periodicals and films globally.

Collection

Christian has endeavored to collaborate with Dave to co-design and create a new collection called ""Rock Fabulous"". This is likely to hit the stands between January 2009 and Fall 2009. Twisted Heart is another new collection he is planning which blends luxurious fabrics with decadent embellishments and electrifying colors and stunning comforts giving a cool and casual looks for up-to-date girls.

Presently Audigier is working on his three new brands: Rock Fabulous, Evel Knievel and Deathcryption. He isn't leaving any stone unturned in the quest to make it a huge success; worldwide promotional campaigns, wide media coverage, direct mailing strategy, thousands of taxi-backs and ten Los Angeles billboards to create awareness and consumer partaking. Visiting LA exhibits his creations all round the city and clubs beginning with staff uniforms to backdrops in bars that boast champagne bottles designed by him.

Another outstanding product from his stable is Eagle chain jacket a long-sleeve sweater adorned with zestful tattoos. His women's series is a must-have addition to your collection. From belts, hats, shoes and t-shirts, he has done it all.

Aside of being a genius designer Audigier is also a shrewd businessman. He has lead such brands as Von Dutch with which he created the trucker hat trend. Audigier is now planning to sell off all his holdings and creations, 10 in all, not excluding the Ed Hardy series for around $700 millions. Shockingly, Audigier is not new to lawsuits and is entangled with Von Dutch, which sued him for supposed duperies.
