4.Your campaign should be brief, crisp and sharp. Rather than listing the services you offer, tell your audience that you have something of use for them. People are not interested in what you offer in how they can get your help.
5.Devise marketing plan separately for your clients and for new customers. Your clients already know about you and to keep them in business, you have to market to them often with new products and services. To bring in new customers, you need to have separate plans marketing your products.
6.Whatever may be the marketing strategy you follow, make sure that you don't deviate from your core products. Many companies fail in marketing field because of their diversification and insufficient knowledge about core products that they have to concentrate.
7.Use latest technologies for marketing your products. Internet has opened up new gates and there are many online marketing strategies that are affordable. You have to take advantage of them and start using various online marketing techniques for making more profits. As you market more and more, you can reach wide audience that will surely help in your business.
8.Concentrate on the local and global market. You don't want your business to be confined in your location. At the same time, you don't want to lose the business you are getting from your location. So device plans that can reach local as well as global audience. This will help you gain more customers for expanding your business.
9.Show to your customers that you care more for them. Customer service is very important and you have to ensure them that you are always there for servicing your loyal customers. Keep in touch with customers and contact them often to know how things are going.
10.Act according to the priorities of your customer. For a problematic customer, you have to spend more time to tune him. For those customers who are not bringing you profits, you have to work more. Profitable customers who are brining you profits and you would have to care for them to keep them happy.
