How long before we can expect our order?
Generally, if the items are in stock, we ship out orders in 1-3 days after we receiving payment. If items are on backorder, we normally ship out 7-10 days after receiving an order. Finished favors take 3-6 weeks, depending on the size of the order. Can I receive a proof of my ribbon order?
If you are having your own custom logo printed on the ribbon, we will automatically provide you with a proof.
Do you give volume discounts?

Do you ship overseas?
No, sorry, not at this time. We do however ship to Alaska, Hawaii, any United States territories or possessions. We also ship to APO/FPO addresses. In other words we ship to USPS addresses and zip codes.We have gone to great expense to create a child sized city, from the inflatables down to the artwork on walls and party room. Do you provide favor samples?
Yes, we do. Due to the high volume of requests for samples, we have to charge our customers the cost of the finished sample item plus $3.00 shipping & handling for every item. Colors for samples will be subject to the colors we have on hand. We will, however, do our best to match your requested colors.
