Always there is a discussion about the issues on conformity, expectation and expression between the accepting group and the refusing group in wearing neckties. The third risk is vascular constriction when ties are worn with very tight collars. Also the people with glaucoma should handle this with special care.

But in all these cases when we take some precautionary measures it reduces the percentage of risk. The lack of awareness is the main risk in all these cases.
