Who doesn't want to maintain a healthy weight? But we all know how hard it is to shed those excess pounds. We shuffle on the treadmill and exercise bike but somehow the results just don't seem to be there. What if you could exercise and lose 10 to 20 pounds over a three week period. It can be simple if you use a weight loss discovery of some of the United States top competitive bodybuilders. It's called Clenbuterol. A simple course of this medication taken over a three week period will unlock your body's own metabolism and enable you to maximize the effectiveness of your current exercise regime.
Clenbuterol is not an appetite suppressant and it is not a so called ?diet? pill. It is a medication that increases your own metabolism. Your temperature will be slightly elevated while you are on a clenbuterol cycle. This is normal and is a sign of your generally elevated metabolism. While on the clenbuterol three week regime in combination with at least twenty minutes exercise every day your body will be burning fat at an increased rate all the time and at a significantly increased rate during your exercise. There are some important points to consider before commencing a course of clenbuterol if you wish to achieve maximum weightloss results.
The most effective way to take the drug is to start low and finish low. This means you should take a minimal dose for the first two days of your three week clenbuterol cycle, the increase your dose for two more days and then start your maximum effective dose. At the end of your three week cycle you halve your dose for two days and then halve it again for two more days before ceasing to take clenbuterol.
Another point to consider is that if it is the first time you have taken clenbuterol then you must establish for yourself what the optimal dosage is for you. Normally effective doses for women will be between 40-100mcg while for a man between 80-160mcg. At the start of your clenbuterol cycle you will begin on a dosage of 20-40mcg for two days, then you increase the dosage to 40-80mcg for two more days. You will feel the clenbuterol working during your workouts or exercise. If your hands are shaking slightly at this stage it will subside within a day. If the trembling continues you are taking slightly too much and you will need to reduce your dose by 20-40mcg per day. You have now established your maximum dosage for effective use of clenbuterol and will achieve optimal results for your effort.
It should also be stressed again that it is also very important that four or five days before you reach the end of your three week cycle you halve your dosage for two days and then halve the dosage again to safely and effectively discontinue your clenbuterol cycle.
