Eating in Zambia's famous restaurants and hotels is an exciting and rich experience. Camps, hotels and lodges that will cater to you actually serve a very international fare, and the quality of food prepared in the most remote bush camps will amaze you. The cuisines are not only restricted to traditional foods, but you will also find delicacies from other countries like Asia, India, Middle East, and other international tastes.
