I am a professor of geography and I work at a reputed university. Since my childhood days I had a great fascination for gaining knowledge about the varied and beautiful parts of the world. There are so many lands that are still unexplored and lands whose picturesque beauties keep on calling tourists several times. My inquisitive mind always hunted for facts surrounding such lands. In my ten years of teaching experience I have taught my students about places and their features. At times even they have enlightened me on several world geographies. I have traveled far and wide, that forms an essential part of my teaching curriculum.

Recently, I went on a holiday trip with my family to a large Cape Town area namely, Franschhoek. It is a wine valley and has some of the best wine farms rich in French wine. The restaurants, the tasty food and not to forget the striking sceneries?all added an unusual charm to this unfamiliar place.
