As a matter of fact, our food supply is not as safe as it used to be. You can pick up a newspaper or watch the news on TV and you will know that. More people are get sick because of eating some food!
There are sayings that preservative is not good for us. However, the truth is that it is not too bad for use. If preservative is not added to some kinds of food, it will really be bad for us. We will get sick easily after we have the food.
You may have heard that coffee can help to cure hang over. Yet it is not true. You get it mainly because you are somehow dehydrated. What you really need is to drink some water but not coffee. The caffeine will lead to more urination and this will in fact make the problem of hang over even worse.
Some people tend to eat very fast. If you do not chew the food enough, your burden on your stomach will be a lot higher. You have the teeth because you should chew the food first. There is no point to eat fast at the end of the day.
There are people who believe that carrots can greatly improve our eye sight. Yes carrots can help to make our eyes healthy. However, they have nothing to do with our eye sight. You may also want to know if cherries can relieve pain. The answer is that it can help in pain relief. According to researches, people who take 20 tart cherries everyday will experience reduction in pain from arthritis.
An apple everyday can keep the doctor away. It is very true. Apples are really good for our help. One thing you may not know is that it helps to reduce the risk of having cancer. This old saying is totally true!
