Your values are the emotional state that you move towards as well as away from certain situations in life. They are the things that really drive our behavior every single day.

Know this, if your values are in conflict with your goals, or if your values are in conflict with your behavior every single day, you will not consistently get what you want. So values are the second component that drives the ultimate success formula.

The third component is another form of belief. It is the belief of who you are and what you stand for. This actually stands for your identity. In other words, do you believe you deserve success?

Or do you believe that you are just an average person. What is your identity, who do you think you are? Do you believe you're someone who's exceptional? Do you believe you are a champion or winner? Or do you believe you're someone who is a loser?
