So what do you do? What do you do when your gut feels torn up; when it goes beyond just an emotional sadness and anger... What do you do when it's a physical pain knowing that someone you've shared so much with and couldn't see your life without has taken you for granted and is with someone else?

First, I will tell you this. The pain does go away. There will be a scar. You will think back with a sad thought as to what it might have been, but you will move on. You have no choice!

I have been there my friend. A couple times. Women cheat. Not all of them, but often those that you least expect. If you are going to date a lot of women, expect it might happen at some stage. Hopefully it won't for you... but it can.

A woman can act so completely and madly in love with you yet lead a double life as she goes out with another guy. You won't even know anything is wrong until it's to late.

It's terrible! You want to drive around looking for her... hunting her down in some bar somewhere. You will try to catch her in the act even though you haven't thought out what you'll do or say to her; maybe you just need confirmation.

Listen, you are not alone. It has happened to millions of men in the past and it will continue to happen.

What do you do?

You must try and control yourself. Try to do something to get your mind off of the situation. Take a vacation... even for a few days. Go golfing, play basketball, or take a boat out with your best friend and go fishing. Find some friends to talk with about it.

Don't get so focused on it you do something stupid and that you regret. You never know! She might come back to you. But if you act like an idiot, that possibility might become diminished. The best thing you can do is act like a man and treat her with respect... even if she really angers you!

You might have to let her go. You can try to court her back to you, but if it's not right it's not... There are millions of other women out there that won't cheat on you and can give you the love you deserve. You don't deserve this. If she does this to you, she doesn't respect you and doesn't deserve you.

I've been there... But you know what?

I'm still here many years later. Married to a beautiful wife. We just celebrated our 8th Anniversary since we met. We are still in love... we are happy.

Do I think about that past from time to time with sadness. Yes! I do... but not very often. It's in the past.

You can find what you had with her again. Be confident in the fact that if you found her, you can find another. It's not the end and it's not worth ruining your life over her.

Find ways to deal with the pain... be with others. Get help. But don't give up on living.
