Creating a cognitive restructuring curriculum requires a profound understanding of the truth, otherwise the written words will have no penetrating energy. Untrue words fall off of the page and right onto the floor. There they disintegrate and die and are never thought of again.

True words elevate people to higher whereas untrue words can depress. True words contain a higher intelligence that stimulates energies that vibrate at a frequency that people accept. It's this power that has the ability to change faulty thinking.
