With all the negative backlash that MLM pyramid companies have been given over the last twenty years we went out to find contrasting views to give everyone something else to think about when looking into an MLM company. It is said that negative in the workplace is like cancer and can spread throughout an office starting with one unhappy worker. Basically meaning that "word of mouth" advertising can go from being great to not so great in a matter of seconds.
So before you are approached by someone who is building their own home based business and you shut the door or hang up the phone because all you are thinking about is the MLM pyramid scheme, at least hear them out. Especially after reading this, but while you are soaking everything in keep an unbiased opinion about this industry if at all possible. It will help you make a more informed decision.
The next day you go back to work at that 9-5, think for a moment how the company is structured. You have the president who is making the most of anyone, then the CEOs or CFOs who are making less, on and on until it gets down to the regular employees making the least amount. They are the "endless chain" sort of speak because if one person quits, another can be hired to take their place. The only way for most to move up in the company is longevity within and a good rapport during that time, which could take 10-20 years.
However MLM pyramid structures allow someone that wants to put forth the effort to become financially secure, become independent, and become free to work whenever they choose making the same amount and eventually more money then their day or night jobs now. People wanting this type of life can invest a good 3-5 years and have all their dreams come true because of the structure. There is no waiting for a position to open up, there isn't any kissing other people's wazzou, there is only you working hard and being able to be promoted just by the numbers you produce.
Another way to look at the MLM pyramid structure is to draw a pyramid on a piece of paper in front of you, then turn it upside down. Write "me" at the bottom and just sit there for a moment realizing how this decade long riddle actually works. The higher you go the easier it is to get a promotion, not harder like traditional out of home companies. It will open doors to places you didn't believe that were possible until you reached the second half of your life.
So does this mean that every MLM pyramid structure you come across is great and nothing is wrong with the the structure? No, we aren't saying that and we always recommend researching every company you are interested in building a business with, but we are wanting to open your eyes to other thoughts on the matter. Hoping that you do realize there are two sides to everything and not simply a one way tunnel vision road for your journey to retirement.
