It is a fact that almost 70% of people will cheat on their partner at some point during the realtionship. They are not always caught and often the injured party is none the wiser and continues with the relationship blissfully unaware. However, there are several signs that you should watch out for that may point to your partners infidelity.

The four points below are just a small number of the many signs that you need to be aware of. You need to keep your eyes open and look out for any changes in your partner's behaviour. There are many more signs that you should look out for and I'll be writing about these in later articles.

1) Getting in shape. After a realtively lengthy relationship where both you and your partner are comfortable, and you have known each other for quite a while, your partner suddenly decides (for no real reason) to get into shape. They decide to join a gym or start running at nights after work. However, you are not invited to join!

2) Sexual Activity. Has there been a change in your and your partner's sexual activity? This could be an increase or decrease in frequency, or changes in your normal positions. These behaviours may indicate your partner's infidelity.

3) Secrets. It is normal to have secrets in a relationship, everyone keeps secrets from their partner. However, some secrets can lead to lies and then to infidelity. The most common secret that a cheater keeps from their partner is who they are talking to on the phone. Check your partner's mobile phone records regularly, and any number is that you do not know, run them through an online service that will give you all the information about the owner.

4) Little Details. It is quite normal when telling a story to a group of friends to leave a small details that are unimportant to the overall theme. However, when people are lying about something keeping something hidden they often feel the need to over exaggerate the small details. If your partner gives you in depth information about inane subjects such as what they had for lunch or what so and so did on their holiday, this could be an indication that they are cheating.

It is very important that you that you find out whether your partner is cheating on you or not, does either way it could destroy your relationship. You need to trust your partner, so you need to know if they are lying.
