The rapid growth of the Internet has resulted in a vast amount
of interest in online work-at-home-programs; if you've been
looking for a home based business, you have undoubtedly come
across business opportunities that are referred to as Network
Marketing Programs. The question you need to know the answer to
is: can you actually have any success with network marketing?
Network Marketing, also known as Multi-Level Marketing or MLM,
is just a way for businesses to distribute their products.
Rather than using the customary distribution process, Network
Marketing companies use a network of independent marketers to
move their products directly from the manufacturer to the end
customer. The independent marketers earn a percentage of the
profit on all sales they make. While it's possible and highly
recommended to earn an income by selling to customers directly,
the real power of Network Marketing is that you are allowed to
build a down line of other independent marketers below you, and
earn a percentage of their combined sales.
But don't be deceived. Although some Network Marketers have
been successful, they are few and far between. The group they
make up has an estimated 20,000,000 worldwide members and of
them only 1,000 are generating good amounts of money each
month. The matter is, the market is finite and soon becomes
oversaturated by Network Marketing so that you may be competing
against others who you originally recruited! Even if the
high-level MLM promoters are making money, unfortunately it is
often the distributor at the bottom who is the loser.
To make sure you do succeed, you need to find a system that
works for you, that will be successful and from which you can
generate a residual income. A concept that's recently caused
a big stir is the system of Cash Gifting. Cash Gifting uses a
model whereby private individuals gift cash to achieve financial
freedom. There are no products involved and no cold calling.
Simply give and receive recognition and reward for your
participation in the giving process.
