What should your first step be?

You could offer an e-book, an audio program, a membership site, a teleseminar, or any other product that creates the need for coaching and implementation support.

As a coach I know how hard it is to run a business, coach clients, and create great products in your spare time. I personally have coached hundreds of coaches who have almost given up because of this struggle. I finally decided it was time to create a way to conquer this problem and tell as many coaches as I could how to do it.
