When it comes to getting a “gift", there are certain feelings that always apply. Whether the “gift" is big or small, everyone feels good when they get something for free. Think of birthday “gifts", Christmas “gifts" and wedding “gifts". You can place business gifts in this category, too!
What are some feelings that may be felt when business gifts are given to customers and employees?
1.Excitement – anytime a business gift is given, the person receiving it will feel very excited. Coffee drinkers will absolutely love a promotional mug, travelers will always appreciate a promotional travel or laptop bag, and conference attendees will find a promotional umbrella handy when it is raining outside the convention center. The excitement will be even greater if the business gifts you provide to your business’s clients and employees are wrapped in some way, adding suspense and mystery to just what the business gift is.
2.Appreciation – getting something for nothing is always appreciated, and business gifts are free!
