The slant of your yard must be higher close to the base of your residence foundation and gradually run downwards. This permits water to go away from the residence on all sides.

Not only can you have a more pleasant yard to walk on, less issues with aggravating insects such as mosquitoes, but you will be safe guarding your house foundation and stopping possible structural destruction as well.
