Hurricane Conspiracy: Katrina
Admin
The female Governor of Louisiana, hiding under her skirts, should stand tall and take the blame for the dysfunctional course she piloted, in the states reaction to Katrina, the hurricane, instead of pointing fingers. She pointed at President Bush, and Fema's Mr. Brown, just like a weak politician would. She should be replaced for killing so many citizens of New Orleans along with that stupid black mayor, Ray [Nagin], who again is pointing fingers as if it is a white and black issue, to shift the blame, when it's an incompetence issue on his behalf, as well as the Governors. I've never saw two squirrels run so fast, dodging blame in fear a nut may hit them on the head, which might help, and knock some sense in them.
The evacuation was, or should have been a joint venture between: the states representation: the governor the cities representative: the Mayor and the federal representative: Fema.
Let's look at this from another perspective: does it take 30-years to build a stronger watercourse system [dike], when you know it will be overpowered by a 4th to 5th degree hurricane (30-years in advance)? I mean, they explained there was a 5% chance this could happen, not much of a chance perhaps in their eyes, but would you trust your son alone, in his crib, all alone, hoping nothing would happen, with a 95% chance someone would rescues him before he died, and 5% risk factor involved, he would not get help. I don't think so.
Black issue my ass, it's a Mayor issue, and the black community should hang him for incompetence along with the Governor.
At least Mr. Brown had some respect for himself, not to blame everyone else, but the facts, which were: the down sizing of Fema by previous Presidents made it a ting harder to operate, and the lack of cooperation between state and city governments didn't help any. On the other hand, previous officials, must had thought God didn't have anymore big storms in His store room.
