Bacne is common to both males and females throughout their adulthood but the treatment for this problem is not that easy. As in case of facial acne, you can use various types of cleansing solutions, ointments and also go for surgical treatments to remove the scars, bacne can't be treated in the very same way. The severity of bacne is more than that of the facial acnes.

Why is back acne more severe? Back acne is not just a pimple or a blackhead. Rather it takes the shape of a cyst or nodule with excess sebum flowing through it. Thus, a remedial measure for bacne just in the form of topical medication cannot be relied upon. Topical treatment can be done but if the condition is really severe you will have to help yourself otherwise.

Alpha Hydroxy enhanced lotion

Alpha Hydroxy lotion is actually composed of glycolic acid which is present around 10 percent in it. This particular lotion is effective to cure acnes on your back. There is a specific method to apply this lotion. Just don't open the pack and start applying the lotion on the acnes. Then it will hardly work. Conduct the cleaning and curing method stepwise.

-First of all you need to clean that area of the back where the acnes have popped up. This can be done with water and then applying a mild cleansing lotion. After you clean your back get it dried properly with a towel.

-In the next step you are supposed to use the lotion on the acnes and the area around. After using the lotion, just don't wipe it out. You will have to spare some time to let the thing get dried all over.

-Wait for sometime for the skin to soak the lotion.

-Finally moisten the area with a mild moisturizer so that the skin doesn't get unnecessarily dried up.

Thus you can make out that had it been the facial acne, the treatment procedure for self care wouldn't have been such a lengthy one.

Avoid back packs

Mild back packs are fine for bacne but the heavy ones worsen the thing. As the back pack starts depositing on the acne area, you can sense irritation around it. Well this is not common for everyone. Many of you might feel the irritation where as some of you are pretty fine even after using the back pack.

Normally masks and packs try to shrink the acnes, so does the back pack. It's better to get a prescribed medication and follow it if self-care methods fail to recover you from bacne.
