You pay the people a percentage of what you make on the units, and you keep the rest as profits. This is the best way to build your profits up, and to build your business as well. Eventually you will have to replace some of your employees, because the longer that people work for you, the more experience they are going to get, and when it comes right down to it, eventually you will have to either pay them more, or find other workers who are just starting out and will work for less. However, the longer you do this, the more and more orders you are going to be able to get, and the more employees you can have. As long as you are good at organizing invoices and payment schedules, you can become the head of a huge corporation, and make even more money.
