In a majestic sunset as legions of clouds surround it.
Light rays are screaming in every direction
So many scattered tropical islands
They form a chain weaving across turquoise waters
Uninhabited with perfect beaches on every side
And small waves breaking on their reefs.
Darkness is slowly approaching now
As if to warn the sun soaked trees
That another day in God’s creation
Is about to end.
Brighter and brighter the orange rays are leaving
This section of paradise will soon be silent
The last glimpse now
More islands in the sand.
Calm seas and becoming calmer still
At 28,000 feet, a sunset to remember
A day, a place, never to be repeated
Psalm 103:16-18
