The body weight depends a great deal on 'what', 'when' and 'how' much you eat. A fine balance between these three is the key to ideal weight for your body. The major reason for the colossal weight(y) problem that the globe faces today is the lack of cohesion between what, when and how much we eat.

But what he forgets is the fact that most of these , like , Adipex, Didrex and the new French drug Accomplia Rimonabant, comes with lots of side effects to the body. The harmful body effects can even prove fatal in worst-case scenario.
Instead, the idea should be to adopt positive and holistic weight loss techniques. But once you have decided to shed kilos off your body, you must make a commitment for a long drawn and difficult process. If the determination is not there, the battle is already lost.
Now that you have decided to lose weight (with determination!), let's march with the plan. Firstly, consult a dietician who will prepare a diet chart for you. Follow the strict diet-plan specially made out for you for the prescribed period. If the dietician feels, he may also recommend you to a cardio expert, who will draw the exercise regimen for you according to your needs. Again, the only advice is to follow the cardio plan diligently and strictly.
Use diet pills only if the natural methods fail or are slow to show results. Moreover, diet pills are always supplementary to the natural modes of losing weight. The pills are only short-term treatment for weight loss and must never be resorted to in the long run.
If you are firm and determined, in most of the cases, the natural modes will work effectively. But if you listen to your natural instincts and do not follow the diet and cardio regimen, even the diet pills won't be of much help.
