The Law of Attraction is more than just a buzz phrase - it's a universal law that is working all the time. The good news is you can use it to your advantage to bring you more of what you want. Since you are reading this article, let's assume it is money you want more of. Great! As a divine being it is your natural state to live in abundance. Having that established, here are some solid steps to putting more cash in your bank account:

1.Be clear about what you really want. The more general you are about your aspirations, the less likely will experience the happiness that comes with crossing the finish line. Try this exercise to help clarify your needs:

-Write down exactly what your expenses are right now. -Write down what else you would like to accomplish (e.g. start a new business, buy a new vehicle, start an extra vacation fund).

-Figure out how much more money you will need every month to reach your goal.

-Be as specific as possible. The universe responds to clarity.

-Be consistent.

Once you figure out the amount you need, wake up everyday with this amount in your head. Then, tape it on your computer screen, your bathroom mirror, inside your wallet and on your refrigerator.

2.Practice affirmations. Once you have the specific thing you want, use it in your affirmations. Here are some examples to get you going in the right direction:

"The Universe has created a beautiful new home in Thousand Oaks, California for me and my family."

"I am easily supplied with $20,000.00 a month."

Affirmations like these let the universe know exactly what your heart's desire is. Once you put it out there, let it go. If your intention was pure and clear in its delivery, the universe will respond. Just as the giant oak tree naturally is supplied with the energy from the sun, the universe will supply you with all you need.

Again, it is imperative that you know what you what. Know that you deserve it, as well. Just as nature accepts its gifts, and flourishes, you must accept your gifts so you can flourish.

3. Express gratitude. It is wonderful to be the beneficiary of all these good things. So when you practice your affirmations, also express gratitude. Act as if you have already received the extra money or the new car. Think of what you want as already existing (it is), and it is just up to you to attract it.

Expressing gratitude amplifies the positive energy between you and what you want. Everything is energy - it just changes form. When you become aware of the prosperity that is all around you, it will naturally manifest into your clear desires.

4.Visualize. By this time you have a clear idea of what you want. And you have been practicing your affirmations and expressing your gratitude.

Now, close your eyes and settle comfortably in the knowledge that what you want, you already have. This is more than positive thinking. This is your divine spirit embracing your gifts, knowing that happiness and abundance is yours.

Picture your new car, Open the door, squish your bottom in the leather seats. Smell that new car smell while you curl your fingers around the padded steering wheel.

How does this experience make you feel? What part of your body is experiencing this sensation? When you open your eyes, bring back these feelings in your daily life. When you are tuned into this these positive sensations you are in the process of attracting your desires. With patience and persistent, the law of attraction never fails to deliver.

Throughout this process your body and mind will be creating openings. When your positive feelings begin to dance inside of you like magical fireflies in the night, channels will be created to carry inspirational energy. This manifests as a feeling in your gut or intuition. Listen to this!

5. Take action. Based on what your intuition is telling you, act on this. This takes faith and courage. Many people become paralyzed when action is called for. It is common to stay with a course of action that is comfortable-even when it doesn't make you happy!

Do not allow yourself to get caught in this rut. Listen the Dalai Lama whispering in your ear, "The purpose of our lives is to be happy." An intelligent risk when the timing is right can turn your life from just okay to simply incredible.
