We Are Getting Married

    View:
Maybe you've seen it before. You're attending a wedding and the happy couple is up in front, perhaps listening to the minister, priest, or judge speaking about the sanctity of marriage and leading up to the part where they say their vows. At that precise moment, either the bride or the groom begins to sway, and before anyone can react they are on the floor. Naturally, pandemonium ensues, with the other party immediately saying (perhaps yelling) the unconscious person's name while the wedding party mills about and someone yells for water.

Having the bride or groom pass out during the wedding is actually not that uncommon an occurrence, and you might be surprised to discover it is more often the groom than the bride that succumbs to gravity's pull. A combination of nerves, heat, and warm clothes are often blamed, but there is another common cause: the person who passed out hadn't eaten all day!

Why would someone forget to eat? Many people don't realize, or perhaps forget how crowded the days leading up to the wedding are for the couple. There are lots of last minute preparations that need to be handled, with a lot of running around. On top of all that, butterflies may cause people to feel like if they eat, they might get sick. This is normal, but it is also something that must be addressed in order to avoid potential disaster.

Holes in the stomach created by holes in the eating schedule! A lot of people don't realize that most of a very busy day can pass without eating. Many couples will have their rehearsal dinner the day before the wedding, but after that, the couple might not have eaten for a full 24 hours. Consider that eating after the dinner is unlikely, as the couple is probably already full and besides, who wants to do anything before the big day? And when the big day arrives, many people feel too nervous to eat. The bride will also be frantically busy on the morning of her wedding, and forgetting to eat is extremely easy. With pictures right after the ceremony, it is improbable that either the bride or the groom will have a moment to grab a bite until the reception dinner!

Plan ahead. In order to make sure you don't pass out or suffer one of hunger's many other symptoms on your wedding day, make sure that you have a plan so that you don't forget to get something to eat. Grooms are not as busy the morning of the wedding as brides, and it might be a good idea to take out your groomsmen, best man, and your father and father-in-law for breakfast. This can be great time for "the guys" as well.

Brides have a trickier time, because of the lengthy preparations on that busy morning. Still, you should make time to grab a muffin and some juice to get you started for the day.

Couples might also want to think about having a fruit tray or meats and cheeses available for them and their bridal party at the reception hall. Try to avoid anything that is juicy or may leave any kind of stains on the wedding apparel for the pictures, and bring a toothbrush as well!

Having butterflies in the days approaching your wedding is natural, but don't let them trick you into not eating. The day is very tiring in more ways than one, and the both of you will need al the fuel you can get to keep the day going and keep it special. Take some time out and make sure to eat!
We Are Getting Married
My husband was 25 and I was 20 years of age it's enough to make you want to take a walk down the aisle with our baby 7 months old bumped between us. Who would have thought that we'd end up 5 kids and 18 years later still together? Alas! My husband and I not have been married a very long time like other people. Along the way, we discovered some common concepts or keys that across marriages we have known to be successful - think, 30, 40, 50 years. Let me allow sharing them with you.

1.Whole individuals make whole marriages. Adjusting to married life isn't always easy. Newlyweds face many ups and downs during the first years of marriage, but here are some tips for staying connected. Get to know more about yourself and work out becoming the whole you, a happy person.

A few steps on your part toward improving your marriage will work wonders towards making your marriage strong, secure and content:

2.Love is a decision and a DOING WORD. This thing can attract men plus women. "Love is not a feeling. It's a decision" Steven Coveys says: Love is a DOING word. It requires choices. It actually combines the two present aspect of what it means to really LOVE.

Love as a decision. It is a statement that reminds couples to love the person, not the behavior. This situation can attract men plus women too. It means that LOVE is commitment that you made with your full, whole consciousness as a mature, self-actualized human being.

Love as a decision. It is a statement that reminds couples to love the person, not the behavior. Many people do not see why a person would have to make the decision to love since they made that decision many years ago when they said yes to one another on their wedding day. It is normal in married life to have periods of romance and disillusionment. Both can attract men and women. LOVE IS a daily decision, a choice to Love or not to Love.

Love is a doing word. Love is bigger than emotions, thoughts, attitudes, and experiences. Love is a verb. The guts and grit of love are centered in our actions and deeds. Love runs deeper than mere emotions. Its current cuts deeply into our thoughts and captures our imagination. We deeply yearn for that feeling of being in love. No doubt about that. That's part of love's power. It can leap over our thoughts and capture our hearts. This can easily attract men plus women But what does the world know of the kind of love that the Bible defines anyway? Should it surprise me that the dictionary definition is so far removed from what Paul says in 1 Corinthians 13:4-7? I wonder if older dictionaries ever acknowledged the doing side of love? Is this dangerous limitation of the English concept of love a modern phenomenon? It requires commitment. It's about faithfulness.

"Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, and endures all things. Love never fails."

4.It's not me, it's WE. Once they enter into a relationship, they are no longer just two individuals but one. Life and personality of its own and must be treated. In marriage conflict is often it may cause by a clashed of individuals.

"WE"- ness it also includes the most powerful guidelines in successful marriage. Part of marriage is compromising, and you will never agree one hundred percent on everything. So agree to disagree sometimes and respect each other's opinions. Share household responsibilities. Whether you divide and conquer or team up to do everything together.

Sustaining these key points in your relationship can guarantee that the lines of communicating will remain open. You will be able to develop a healthy relationship that will last a lifetime. Building a strong relationship is never entirely easy, but the rewards will keep on coming if you just hang in there. Numerous other tips and guidelines couples can learn from to improve their marriages but I find these 4 will serve them through the years.
