What Causes Brain Damage

    View:
If you were hoping that diesel was the answer for renewable energy for the future, please take this new news into consideration Inhaled diesel fumes set in motion a stress reaction in the brain. This could have harmful long-term consequences for brain function in people living in regions with high diesel emissions.

Tiny particles of soot, also known as nanoparticles, can travel up the nose and lodge in the brain. This has about the same effect on your brain as gunk buildup does on your car engine and they could impede normal brain function and information processing.

10 male test subjects, between the ages of eighteen and thirty nine, were placed in a gas chamber(?) which was then filled with exhaust from a diesel engine for one hour. After about 30 minutes, EEG brain wave patterns indicated a stress response, this change in pattern suggested changes in information processing at the cortex of the brain.

As it turns out, inhaling smog over the long term not only elevates your risk of being afflicted with lung cancer or disorders of the heart or lung, it may also increase your risk of neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's and Alzheimer's conditions, according to this new study.

What occurs when you pollute your brain?

A study recently published made known that the molecular toxicity of diesel exhaust fumes causes oxidative stress-mediated inflammation in your brain cortex. (It has been considered true for a while now that inflammation is the central causative element in both cardiac and systemic ailments from exposure to diesel fumes.)

Your brain is extremely sensitive to damage caused by oxidative stress.

For example, oxidative stress seems to contribute a degree of negative impact in the causation of conditions such as Parkinson's and Alzheimer's disease.

This kind of stress in the brain cortex also appears to be present in other psycho-pathological ailments such as:

headaches

post-traumatic stress disorder

"burnout"

concussions and such

Researchers are discovering that it is primarily the beta waves that are impacted, not the theta, alpha or delta waves.

What is the implication of that?

Well, here is a quick primer on the different wavelengths in your brain (this will not qualify you to leave here and perform brain surgery on anyone after this brief passage), your brainwaves range from the most activity to the least activity. Beta waves are triggered when your brain is aroused and actively engaged in mental activities. These waves are the fastest of the four brainwaves.

If you're in active dialogue with someone, your brain is in beta. A lawyer, preacher or instructor is in high beta (with the exception of Bush). Anytime you're actively engaged in your work, you're in beta. So this is definitely not a phase of brain activity you can do well without. Those engaged in the "dumbing down of America" - they might want you to have it impeded. But that is a different subject, eh?

In a special x-ray picture from the test it shows how the left section of the frontal cortex is lit up on the test subjects that endured the diesel fuel exposure, compared to the control group.

They suggest this effect could be getting caused by the presence of nanoparticles.

Bottom line is that contaminated particles from diesel and other sources in the air are a serious concern that spells complications for both your body and your brain.

If you want to help eliminate smog for your own better health and the health of your family and loved ones there is something effective that you can do!

is providing information for a nominal fee which people can use in their garage or wherever to put together a small device which instills hydrogen into the gas/air mixture that their automobile runs on.

What this does is make smaller particles out of the particles that the system uses as fuel. Because of the smaller size it gets to use a lot more of the gasoline.

By doing this you can reasonably expect to increase your MPG by thirty to fifty percent or significantly more. Those particles "musta" been pretty darn huge in some systems before. But with W4G they are made usable so you can increase your MPG.

It also helps make emissions significantly cleaner.

This information has been purchased by over NINE THOUSAND people already and the percentage of happy customers is about 99%! So how about you?

As if it wasn't enough that biodiesel such as ethanol sources are causing widespread starvation and food strikes now we find out that the emissions may cause brain damage!

Microscopic particles of soot, also known as nanoparticles, can travel up the nose and lodge in the brain. This has about the same effect on your brain as gunk buildup does on your car engine and they could impede normal brain function and data processing.

10 male volunteers, aged 18 to 39, were placed in a gas chamber(?) filled with exhaust from a diesel engine for one hour. After about half of that hour had passed, EEG brain wave patterns showed a reaction, this change in pattern suggested reactive adjustments in information processing in the brain cortex.

This implies breathing contaminated air over a period of years not only elevates your risk of dying from lung cancer or cardiac or respiratory difficulties, it may also elevate your risk of neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's and Alzheimer's conditions, according to this new study.

What results when you pollute your brain?

A recent bit of research discovered that the molecular toxicity of diesel exhaust leads to oxidative stress-mediated inflammation of the cortex area of your brain. (Inflammation is already considered to be the primary causative element in both pulmonary and systemic diseases from exposure to diesel fumes.)

Your brain is extremely sensitive to harmful effects brought on by oxidative stress.

For example, oxidative stress seems to contribute a degree of negative impact in the causation of diseases such as Parkinson's and Alzheimer's disease.

So what does that mean?

Well, here is a quick intro on the different wavelengths in your brain (this will not qualify you to go off and perform brain surgery on anyone after this short intro), your brainwaves range from the most activity to the least activity. Those waves classified as beta are activated when your brain is at its most awakened and actively engaged in mental activities. These waves travel the most rapidly of the four brainwaves.

If you're in active conversation mode, you're in beta. A lawyer, orator or instructor is in high beta (with the exception of McCain). Anytime you're actively engaged in your work, you're in beta. It's certainly not a brain function you can do well without. Those actively working to forward the agenda known as the "dumbing down of America" - they would certainly want to impede your beta waves. But that is a topic for a different time and venue, eh?

The special photography used in the tests conducted demonstrated how the left portion of the frontal cortex is lit up on the test subjects that endured the diesel fuel exposure, compared to the control group.

They postulate this effect could be getting caused by the existence of nanoparticles.
