During the rain, it is best not to stand under them, as they will cause blisters onto your skin if a single raindrop from the tree falls onto your skin. These trees can be identified by their height, which can reach up to 15 metres, their greyish brown bark, shiny green leaves that have spiky looking flowers and a fruit that resembles a green or yellowy green apple. They are found along the coastline of the beach and are hard to spot. They are not an abundantly growing plant in the Caribbean but they do creep up in specific spots and should be avoided.

Nearly all of the hotels on the island, especially the Bahamas, are laden with exotic foods and glorious cocktails, are housed by friendly smiling staff who want nothing but to make your experience feel like a party every night.
