Hoodia supplements are not ordinary diet supplements. Hoodia comes from a plant called hoodia gordonii that is found in Africa's Kalahari Desert. It has the ability to suppress appetite, and has virtually no side effects, making weight loss easier and relatively safe.

One should remember that diet pills are not magic pills that can lose your extra pounds overnight. A well planned diet along with daily workout routine is very important. Diet pills and supplements when taken in combination with diet and exercise is the key to a successful and permanent weight loss.
