The positive result of this process is that you can be sure that no one has ever worn your wedding dress before and the store doesn't end up with unsold dresses. But the negative side is that each dress is individually ordered and can take up to eight weeks to be made and delivered. That is almost two months! Let's hope you don't gain or lose too much weight during that time. Taking your dress with you or having it at your door in three days is much more convenient for future events like bridal pictures.

When you buy a dress, make sure that the store you are shopping at has a good return policy. It would be tragic if you found something you liked better but you couldn't buy it because there was no way to return another dress that you had already bought.
