I have to admit that I am very skeptical when it comes to online money making claims. I think most of us are. Truth is I am an attorney and I'm paid to be skeptical and analytical in decision making. So I decided to take a "risk" (very uncommon for lawyers!) and to buy Wealthy Affiliate (WA) over the holidays.



I did not plan to buy Wealthy Affiliate, but I stumbled across the site after chuckling at the many sites I came across that offered millions overnight with very little work. Too good to be true is my guess on most of those sites.

So why did I buy Wealthy Affiliate and what is my experience? Let me share that with you.

First, WA does not promise millions overnight with little to no work.

Kyle and Carson, the creators of WA, are very upfront in stating that this program is not a get rich quick scheme. They also make it clear that if you want to make enough money to quit your job you'll have to work at it. The good news is that the work doesn't feel like work. At least not the 9 to 5 variety that you're probably hoping to get away from.

Second, WA is truly an exceptional online marketing course.

When you buy Wealthy Affiliate you're not just getting an e-book with little practical information and no support. You actually get an online marketing class right out of the gate with all the supporting tools. As soon as you join you'll get an 8 week course on exactly how the affiliate marketing world works and how you can master the skills and tools that you'll need to make money at this. This class alone is worth the purchase and whether you choose to engage in affiliate marketing or not you will have a highly valuable skill that you can use in other areas. I'm already looking at ways to use these techniques to grow my legal practice.

Third, the WA member community is outstanding!

When I joined I had no idea the level of support that I would get from the other members. The forums are an incredible resource to learn from others and to share ideas. I am blown away at how forthcoming other members are on the successful strategies they are following, mistakes they made, and yes even how much money they earned. Just in case you're wondering, there are members making close to $1,000 a day following the same strategies you'll learn. The more experienced members are very fond of "newbies" and often share "plug and play" templates and step by step plans for campaigns at no cost whatsoever.

I could go on with more reasons why you should buy Wealthy Affiliate, but suffice it to say I'm no longer a skeptic. Can you make lots of money if you join? I'm confident that you can. Will you get back more than you paid? Without a doubt.
