Always make sure that the right documentation has been checked through by you and by someone experienced with scooters. Above all, make sure you know how old the scooter is and if in doubt have it checked yourself. You may find that it is much cheaper than buying a new scooter; however, you may end up paying a lot more on modifications and improvements.
