Jealousy although a natural emotion and one experienced by everyone at some point in their lives can cause people to react in extreme and sometimes unforgiving ways and these acts can sometimes be totally out of character for them. This unpredictable reaction to a difficult situation can lead to guilt and regret.



It's caused by a vivid and over-active imagination but is fuelled by fear and deeply rooted insecurities and anyone who has suffered the misery of feeling jealous will know that it is an emotion which needs to be kept under control. Extreme behaviors can occur such as:
