If you’ve gone to the trouble already of ordering printed pens, there’s one important thing that you should do with them, other than handing them out to your current clients as well as your staff. You should carry your printed pens with you wherever you go and have some extras in your vehicle or briefcase in case you run out.



The reason for having printed pens with you is so that you can leave them in places that you go, or give them to people you meet. Imagine handing a new acquaintance a printed pen instead of a business card – it’s something that is less likely to get lost in a pocket or tossed into a drawer. You may be able to find a complimenting business near your place of business that will allow you to leave printed pens there, perhaps in exchange for some of their printed pens at your business.

Having printed pens with you at all times is the key to being able to leave them in different places and hand them out to new acquaintances and potential business contacts. You can also give them to people that you know while you are out for lunch or at a meeting. Give your printed pens away to many people and get your printed pens circulating around in your business and personal circles.
